Embark on a winemaking journey after completing our four classroom sessions! Whether solo, with a partner, or friends, this experience invites you to dive into the art of winemaking. You’ll select 100 pounds of grapes, with the variety confirmed closer to harvest. Grape collection is scheduled on a Saturday during harvest season (mid-August through October) to accommodate most schedules. Guided by our expert team, you’ll experience the entire winemaking process, crafting your very first batch—about 6 gallons, or roughly 24 bottles.
